NO PROPS INCLUDED.°Please allow 4-5 DAYS AT MINIMUM for photos to be edited. I try to have 20 at the least the first day as courtesy to clients and to avoid being overwhelmed with messages. - ALL CLIENTS MUST NOW SIGN A CONTRACT UPON ARRIVAL! by booking you hereby agree to all rules as listed on FExCreations website before any sessions begin. YOU AGREE THAT FExCreations HAS AT THE LEAST OF 5 DAYS TO EDIT PHOTOS. This will also This form will also be signed on paper in person. The contract along with payment must be signed and given, and a copy will be sent via email upon request. FExCreations is legally the owner of all photos being taken and FExCreations or the owner of FExCreations has permission to post any photos taken during your session, although clients are usually asked before posting FExCreations will not need permission before posting on any and all forms of social media. FExCreations is not responsible for minors/babies and their actions during the shoot and the quality of the photos due to the actions of the children. Parent(s) or guardian(s) must control children during their session. For ANY AND ALL DAMAGES from clients to FExCreations equipment, THE CLIENT will be responsible for charges of replacement. FExCreations can deny any clients for further booking even if they pay the non-refundable deposit if they have breached a previous contract. NO refunds, this is not negotiable! FExCreations wants clients to know all sanitary measures possible are being taken and if a client has a sneeze, cough, or any other symptoms, they will be asked to leave or have a mask. FExCreations can ask any extra guest to leave the premises if they are not taking photos. FExCreations charges a late fee of $10 per every 5min after the 10min grace period. Out of respect for other clients, traffic/car problems/ running late/ etc.,ARE NOT EXCUSES, you will still only have your time limit as it was scheduled to be over, and if you are more than 25min late your appointment will have to be rescheduled for a different day or after the last clients appointment for the day. 35 EDITS RETURNED
