°PAYMENT: AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THERE WILL BE A JAR TO INSERT YOUR REMAINING BALANCE! We cannot start your session until this is paid!

I START GIVING PHOTOS DIGITALLY RIGHT AFTER SESSIONS, BUT IT'S IMPORTANT TO NOTE, I HAVE NO TURNAROUND TIME DEADLINE! I START GIVING PHOTOS WITHIN A MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS! SOME SESSIONS REQUIRE ME TO EDIT OVER 100 PHOTOS! I GIVE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR NO ITEMS SOLD AND NO BOOKINGS BOOKED AS OF JANUARY 2021.
- IF YOUR CHILD BREAKS - YOU BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM NOT AT FAULT FOR ANY LOW QUALITY PHOTOS DUE TO YOUR CHILDS BEHAVIOR.

°COVID RULES: PLEASE BRING A MASK!!!!!!!!!!! ALL COMING MUST BRING A MASK ESPECIALLY IF THERE ARE GROUPS.
°CONTRACT: There is a contract that MUST be signed when turning in your money before your appointment. YOU ALSO AGREE VIRTUALLY WHEN BOOKING.
°PAYMENT: ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL.
°ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
° LATE FEES: If you schedule an appointment and arrive more than 10min late, for every 5min is an extra $10 fee. I value everyone's time, and I am enrolled as a full-time student and employee! Please try to show up on time. YOU WILL NOT and cannot receive photos until your fees are paid! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING THE CORRECT AMOUNT! THERE ARE NO EXCUSES. I will not push times just because you are late, you’re assigned time will remain the same even if you pay the late fee.
RESCHEDULING: Clients get TWO reschedules, after 2, the deposit will be voided. IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT REACH OUT TO RESCHEDULE 12 HOURS BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT - THE DEPOSIT WILL BE VOIDED!! I will not hold 'free' shoots or deposits for shoots longer than 2 months. Even if I give a chance to reschedule, it must be done within two months and proof of the deposit should be shown.
**CLIENTS SHOULD NOT CONTACT MY PERSONAL NUMBER AT ANY POINT IN TIME. NO CLIENT SHOULD EMAIL ME OR DM ME ABOUT MORE PHOTOS BEING RETURNED UNTIL 2 WEEKS HAVE PASSED AFTER THEIR APPOINTMENT DAY, I will only give updates on them once a week, photos will not be rushed without a rush fee. the rush fee for ANY ITEM AND ANY SERVICE is in their descriptions.
Photos of good quality will be the only ones to be edited, those too dark, too blurry, or of bad quality will not be edited and will be deleted.

UNDER 19? : I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT go back a forth with a minor! If a parent or older adult books the appointment, my communication should solely be between me and that one adult via EMAIL. I will not deal with constant messages from minors asking about photos (refer back to policy).

***** FEXCREATIONS IS NOT YOUR REGULAR PHOTOGRAPHER! I DO NOT HAVE A DEADLINE TIME. PLEASE NOTE THIS! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! IF YOU WANT PHOTOS IMMEDIATELY BUT DO NOT WANT TO PAY EXTRA? FEXCREATIONS IS NOT THE BOOKING YOU MAY PREFER! ALL CLIENTS AGREE TO NO TURNAROUND WHEN AGREEING ON THEIR BOOKING FORM! Constant texts, emails, and social media stalking will result in you being blocked! I understand reasonable updating, but please be considerate if you have received over 10 photos because most photographers charge $200 and up for the price, and less than 10 photos are given back! I can give referrals to amazing photographers in the Birmingham and Tuscaloosa area with a two-week turnaround frame!

If a birthday attire is made and there is absolutely no way to satisfy the customer, a free 15min shoot is given or a free event/bday pin UNDER FELICIA'S DISCRETION a free item under $15 may be chosen off the site (clothing items are NOT included). NO REFUNDS. If a shirt cannot be fixed and is custom - I will not remake it because it is unable to be resold! For t-shirts, a customer can choose one free item under $15 IF THE ORDER IS JUST ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
- SPECIAL SHOOT ONLY ALLOWS 2 PEOPLE, THE CLIENT AND ONE GUEST. NO RESCHEDULES ARE ALLOWED ONCE THE TIME AND DATE ARE SET!
